Team expansion
STRG grew significantly in 2023. We welcomed new talent from Serbia, Germany, Italy and Hungary, enriching our multicultural environment with diverse perspectives and expertise. Our expanded workforce now includes some remarkable individuals who bring fresh insights to our projects and services. We are proud to have introduced our valued board members Friedrich Dungl and Mohamed Gad, who are supporting us on our path in a new and strengthened capacity. Their leadership qualities and strategic foresight are leading us to new horizons and helping us set a successful, growth-oriented course. As part of our expansion, we have also moved into beautiful new office space that reflects our commitment to innovation and collaboration. This vibrant environment serves as a hub for creativity, ideation and productive teamwork – the essence of our approach to delivering exceptional solutions. Internship program and research projects
As part of our commitment to supporting the next generation of talent, we are pleased to have reintroduced our summer internship program. This summer, we had the privilege of welcoming two exceptional interns who are contributing to our ongoing research. You can read about their experiences here. This initiative reflects our support for knowledge exchange and continuous learning. Speaking of which, we have reached notable product and research milestones. We published a research paper titled Bridging the Gap: Conceptual Modeling and Machine Learning for Web Portals presenting a specialized e-commerce solution. Thanks to the efforts of our team, which continues to push the boundaries of technology and innovation, we have been able to develop innovative solutions that deliver tangible added value to our clients across the DACH region. These achievements reinforce our reputation as a frontrunner in the industry. Finally, we launched STRG.assist – the rising star of Austrian GenAI.
